Launch Your Legacy is a social mixer designed to welcome new members to the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors® (NVAR) and help them start building meaningful connections within the Association. The event offers a relaxed, engaging setting to meet fellow Realtors®, interact with association leaders, and learn more about ways to get involved with NVAR. Attendees will also receive an introduction to NVAR’s 4 by 4 Award, which recognizes outstanding professional achievement within the first four years of a real estate career.

The event will highlight what the award represents, eligibility criteria, and how early-career Realtors® can position themselves for this recognition. Launch Your Legacy emphasizes networking, professional growth, and celebrating early success in the real estate industry.

This event will feature beer, wine, and charcuterie, and other Hors d'oeuvres creating opportunities for new members to build relationships with Strategic Partners, Service Providers, Top Producers, and fellow Realtors®. The event is hosted by NVAR’s Leadership Development & Awards Advisory Group and the New Member Advisory Group.
