MD CE: 2 hours elective

This course provides an overview of estate law and a practical guide to probating an estate. Essential terms are defined and procedures are explained for administering testate and intestate estates. This course also covers the basics of trust law and an overview of powers of attorney as they are used for the purchase and sale of real property.

Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee. Course transfers are not accepted. “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.

The class will be held via Zoom.  The Maryland Land & Title Association will email you the course link the morning of the course.  All registrants must have a functioning webcam to earn credit and consent to being recorded.
