The new FinCen reporting rule is set to take effect on March 1, 2026. Are you ready? Join us for the session focused on the real estate agent, where you will be able to:
- Understand the purpose and scope of FinCEN’s Residential Real Estate Rule
- Identify transactions that require reporting
- Communicate effectively with clients about compliance
- Collaborate with title and settlement professionals to ensure smooth closings
