MD CE: 1.5 hours required

This course will discuss federal, state, and local fair housing laws. We will also cover the different protected classes and how to work with diverse buyers and sellers.

Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee. Course transfers are not accepted. “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.

The class will be held via Zoom.  The Maryland Land & Title Association will email you the course link the morning of the course.  All registrants must have a functioning webcam to earn credit and consent to being recorded.
