MD CE: 1.5 hours elective

Sometimes you have a listing that could use some updating to get it sold.  Or perhaps your sellers don't want to make home inspection/appraisal repairs.  Or do you have buyers that want to buy a fixer-upper and update it after closing? This class will discuss the financing opportunities for buyers looking to renovate their new houses.  Understand how the different loan programs work and how the short-term pain of buying or selling a fixer-upper can lead to long-term gain for everyone.

Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee. Course transfers are not accepted. “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.

The class will be held via Zoom.  The Maryland Land & Title Association will email you the course link the morning of the course.  All registrants must have a functioning webcam to earn credit and consent to being recorded.
