Don’t Get Taken: Modern Real Estate Fraud Tactics & Prevention (1 hour) explores the newest scams targeting real estate professionals, from vacant land listing fraud to wire fraud, and how to spot red flags before damage is done.

Mastering Homeowners Insurance: A Realtor’s Guide (2 hours) This course equips real estate professionals with a practical understanding of homeowners insurance and how it impacts the real estate transaction. With insight from an experienced insurance agent, licensees will learn how rating variables, underwriting guidelines, property characteristics, and claims history affect insurance eligibility and costs. The course also addresses policy types, CLUE reports, timeline delays, and risk red flags that can derail a closing. Agents will walk away with actionable tips to better serve their clients and anticipate potential insurance issues before they arise.
