MD CE: 1.5 hours elective

Agents who are interested in developing a working knowledge of 1031 exchanges and their importance in the current market should attend this class. Identify ways you can assist clients when they are selling or buying investment properties.

Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee. Course transfers are not accepted. “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.

The class will be held via Zoom.  The Maryland Land & Title Association will email you the course link the morning of the course.  All registrants must have a functioning webcam to earn credit and consent to being recorded.
