MD CE: 1.5 hours elective

Source of income discrimination creates barriers for families seeking safe, affordable housing. Our class will go through what this discrimination is, enforcement and different loan programs and the role of appraisals in protecting against this discrimination.

Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee. Course transfers are not accepted. “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.

The class will be held via Zoom.  The Maryland Land & Title Association will email you the course link the morning of the course.  All registrants must have a functioning webcam to earn credit and consent to being recorded.
