The Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA) is a not-for-profit organization created by the Commonwealth of Virginia. Their mission is to help Virginians attain quality, affordable housing.

Individuals who complete the VHDA Real Estate Professional Training Course will be added to VHDA's Find a Real Estate Agent webpage – a great resource for clients to find and trust your business.

The course will provide the real estate salesperson and broker with the most current VHDA loan program information. The training will cover VHDA's programs, processes and benefits to first-time homebuyers; how to obtain solid understanding of the role of the state housing finance agencies; the purpose of VHDA; how to educate Virginians about housing resources available to them and much more!
