A clear, high-level dive into the do’s and don’ts of RESPA and how to stay compliant in day-to-day business.

Title Insurance: A Primer (1 hour)
What is title insurance? Why is it needed? Does new construction or a refinance change the equation? We’ll cover the essentials, common misconceptions, what the policies protect, and real-world examples that help agents confidently educate their clients.
