Elective CE: 2 hours (Each course listed will give one hour of elective continuing education credit)

Indoor Air Quality (1 hour)
This course will educate real estate professionals on how indoor air quality can affect your health and how you can improve the air you breathe in your home with minimum fuss by learning the most effective strategies for improving the air in very inexpensive and easy ways.

Mold (1 hour)
Molds exist everywhere. When they are concentrated damage to materials can occur, health can be affected. Some people react differently than others. Almost every house has some small concentration of mold somewhere without effect. People are much more aware that some molds can cause damage or affect health and they want to know about it in their homes. Insurance companies sense that claims can result from mold and set high standards for testing and remediation, even if there isn’t any significant mold present. This goes hand-in-hand with grow ops, and yet, many more homes than grow ops have unacceptable mold levels.
