MD CE: Navigating VA Loan Appraisals [VIRTUAL]

MD CE: 1.5 hours required

This class will present an overview of  VA Loans and Appraisals. Learn more about VA Appraisals; addressing required repairs. This class will also provide a deeper understanding of MPR waivers, specifically how to request them and considerations to take into account with an MPR waiver.

Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee. Course transfers are not accepted. “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.

The class will be held via Zoom.  The Maryland Land & Title Association will email you the course link the morning of the course.  All registrants must have a functioning webcam to earn credit and consent to being recorded.
