MD CE: Estate & Tax Planning with Your Client [VIRTUAL]

MD CE: 1.5 hours elective

Students will gain an overview of estate planning for property owners including living trusts, powers of attorney, titling and guardianships. The class will review applicable state and federal laws as well as discuss residency requirements and tax considerations.

Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee. Course transfers are not accepted. “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.

The class will be held via Zoom.  The Maryland Land & Title Association will email you the course link the morning of the course.  All registrants must have a functioning webcam to earn credit and consent to being recorded.
