MD CE: Successful Open Houses [VIRTUAL]

MD CE: 1.5 hours elective

Interactive discourse involving both novice and experienced agents in discussions covering such topics as the necessary preparation required for conducting an effective open house; maximizing visitor turnout and understanding the rules of agency, specifically whom the open house agent can represent.

Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee. Course transfers are not accepted. “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.

The class will be held via Zoom.  The Maryland Land & Title Association will email you the course link the morning of the course.  All registrants must have a functioning webcam to earn credit and consent to being recorded.
