MD CE: 3 hours required

This class is required for all new (first-renewal) MD Real Estate licensees. Individuals licensed prior to October 1, 2023 can earn 3 hours in their Professional Enhancements category towards renewing your MD Real Estate License.

There are different contracts and forms throughout the state of Maryland. These do fit a range of transactions that help you avoid various potential pitfalls. This course equips Maryland real estate licensees with a thorough understanding of the contract forms and how to write these contracts, preparing licensees to better serve their clients' needs.

Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee. Course transfers are not accepted. “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.

The class will be held via Zoom.  The Maryland Land & Title Association will email you the course link the morning of the course.  All registrants must have a functioning webcam to earn credit and consent to being recorded.
