As agents, you are tasked with wearing many hats and offering advice and assistance to your purchasers on various topics throughout the home buying process. The basic and somewhat obvious purchase topics are usually covered early in your process-location, features,
financing, contractual terms etc. However, some topics are not so obvious and often get overlooked or addressed at the last minute at an inappropriate time. Join us for a casual discussion on topics like title insurance, surveys, caveat emptor, home inspections, and how to take title.
