Agents will gain practical insight into identifying and preventing issues during the contract process. The session also covers key provisions of the NVAR Regional Sales Agreement, potential damages, and liability concerns tied to agency guidelines. A special focus will be placed on typical claims of misrepresentation that real estate professionals may face.
