Mission
The Products and Services Advisory Group is dedicated to connecting members with the latest products, services, trends, and innovations in the Realtor® industry through education and improving accessibility.
PSAG explores and suggests recommendations for best products, services, tools, and resources available to the membership. The group reviews and considers new product offerings, as well as possibilities for new member benefits and services to add in the future.
The Products and Services Advisory Group oversees and provides regular feedback to NVAR’s Shop Realtor® program, the Ambassador Program, and new member onboarding. The group identifies new products and services for the Realtor® Shop and Association.

NVAR recommends comprehensive zoning changes and incentives that facilitate the voluntary market-driven production of a wide range of housing choices at all price levels to suit our diverse population, including encouraging mixed-use development.
It is essential that comprehensive plans provide for the development of owner-occupied housing, to meet existing and forecasted housing demand without unreasonable zoning and land use restrictions that lead to increased costs for housing. Updating zoning ordinances and maps to encourage mixed use with higher residential density in existing commercial areas can provide new home ownership opportunities without affecting existing residential neighborhoods.

This committee meets four times annually and often collaborates in partnership with other committees for their events. The term for this committee is one year.
