What are the dates of the membership cycle?

NVAR’s 2023 membership cycle begins on Oct 1, 2022 and ends Sept 30, 2023. These dates remain consistent from year to year. The online renewal for active members starts on the first Monday in August every year and ends on Sept 30. 

What if I joined as a new member in 2022?  

Because NVAR operates based off a fiscal cycle that starts on Oct 1 - and not a Calendar Year - every NVAR Member must pay their renewal before Sept 30, 2022 – even new members who have joined in July, August, and September must renew their membership for 2023 before Sept 30, 2022.

For any new member who has joined in 2022, you’ll notice in our pricing chart on www.nvar.com that Realtor® membership is prorated based on the month they join. (*Other Sentrilock Fees upon joining may have included other fees paid directly to Sentrilock via their website at www.sentrilock.com). More information can be found on our Additional Realtor® Costs page of www.nvar.com. 

Secondary Members are also included in the Dues process described above. 

Is there a late fee if I do not renew by September 30, 2022?

If a member does not make their dues payment by Friday, Sept 30, 2022, there will be a $50 late fee placed on their account. 
 
After Nov 1, 2022, a reactivation fee of $50 will be placed, in addition to the $50 late fee, and the existing past due dues payment. More information can be found on our Important Dates page on www.nvar.com.

Below you will find the steps in paying your NVAR Membership Dues for 2023.

1) Log in to your member dashboard at: https://www.nvar.com. Your Member Dashboard will be in the top right corner of the homepage. Click here if you do not know your NRDS number.

2) You will see a box in your Member Dashboard that says, “Pay Dues Online.” You may pay your 2023 Dues through our secure online portal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You will have the opportunity to store your credit card info in our secure system for future use with dues payments. More information about this can be found here. The payment amount that you owe will be in your member portal. Upon payment, you will receive a receipt sent to the email address for you on file.
