1. What is Super?

Super is a subscription service that providers care and repair for clients homes. Members have access to Super's repair and replacement services that cover appliance and home system breakdowns. Super’s concierge service manages the logistics for home service needs. From desktop, tablet, or mobile phone, clients are only one tap away from getting the service needed for their home.

2. Why is Super subscription based?

Breakdowns in the home can be expensive and unbudgeted. With a Super subscription, clients can more easily budget for repairs. A subscription brings added value in that clients receive all covered repairs for one price, in addition to getting the added convenience of automatic payment.

3. What appliances and systems are covered by Super?

Super plans include coverage for:

4. How often can subscribers schedule services?

There is no cap to the number of service appointments clients can schedule with Super. Super is there to help you care for clients home, whether they prefer annual check-ups or monthly maintenance.

5. Does Super cover pre-existing conditions?

Yes, coverage for unknown pre-existing conditions is included with Buyer’s coverage for recent home purchases. Super offers the option to submit a home inspection report to confirm that a pre-existing condition was not previously detected. Also, while Super is not able to cover known pre-existing conditions, they are happy to arrange for a high quality servicer to complete those repairs at a reasonable price after individuals purchase their subscription.
