MBH Settlement Group was founded on April 8, 1994 in McLean, VA. After establishing themselves in the Northern Virginia region, MBH Settlement Group celebrated their tenth anniversary in 2004. In 2018, MBH Settlement Group implemented a security-enhanced, user-friendly document and communication portal, along with e-closing capabilities. MBH Settlement Group celebrated their 25th anniversary in 2019, and was named the #1 Title Company for the 4th consecutive year. In 2020, MBH Settlement Group instituted 5 flexible closing options to meet clients' needs, in addition to offering an electronic EMD Deposit App.
