7 Essential Apps for Realtors®

The Northern Virginia Association of Realtors ® (NVAR) will be hosting a “Springing Forward: Must Have Apps for Realtors®” webinar on Tuesday, April 27th. Industry professionals will discuss the most useful apps, tools and technologies for Realtors ® to navigate the busy spring market.  

Listed below are seven relevant apps and digital marketing tools for Realtors®. We hope you will join us to share what strategies and applications have worked for you and your colleagues.  

  1. Homesnap – Homesnap is a national search portal with over a million registered users. Homesnap creates opportunities and connections between Realtors® and prospective clients. In addition, Homesnap has an in-app messaging feature for relationship building or casual conversation.  

  2. Hurdlr - Hurdlr has the capability to track “mileage, expenses, income streams and tax deductions” in real-time. This application can help Realtors® manage their finances, achieve goals and maximize profit. The Springing Forward event will host a special guest speaker from Hurdlr.  

  3. Bright MLS/ T3 Sixty - The Bright T3 Home Demand Index is powered by the real estate research and consulting firm, T3 Sixty. The algorithm “measures and tracks data on presale activities, including showing requests, home searches and views within Bright MLS”. In addition to learning more about Bright MLS/ T3 Sixty, you can read about NVAR’s partnership with Bright MLS by clicking here.

  4. Connecteam -  Connecteam is a multi-functional app used by professionals both inside and outside of the real estate industry. This platform is especially useful for business management tools, such as employee communication, employee scheduling and the organization of checklists and forms. If you have experience using Connecteam, we are eager to hear how it is has impacted your business.  

  5. SentriKey Mobile APP -  The SentriKey Mobile App is essential for Realtor®  access to Bluetooth lockboxes. This application also provides agent safety features and can be integrated with property data tools, including other apps such as Homesnap. NVAR is happy to help with any questions you may have regarding SentriKey and Bluetooth accessible lockboxes.   

  6. CINC – Prospecting incoming leads can sometimes be a difficult or overwhelming process. The CINC application is helpful for Realtors® to manage incoming leads and simplify connections. This application has the potential to save valuable time during the pre-appointment process.  

  7. Close.io – Close.io is an additional application that assists with the management of leads. In addition, Close.io streamlines CRM and tracks all sales activity, in an effort to maximize revenue for the Realtor®.
