In our continuous effort to provide exceptional value to our members, NVAR has installed four state-of-the-art Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations at our Fairfax Headquarters. This brand-new member benefit is open and ready for use.

Charge On-the-Go - The new charging station ensures that you can conveniently charge your electric vehicle while attending events, meetings or classes at our facility.

Support Sustainability - NVAR is taking another step towards a more sustainable and eco-friendly future. Realtors® who drive electric vehicles can now reduce their carbon footprint, contributing to a cleaner environment.

Save on Costs - Charging your electric vehicle at NVAR can lead to significant cost savings. We are offering a rate of $0.20 per kWh exclusively for NVAR members. *Non-member rate of $0.40 per kWh

NVAR's EV charge stations are located at both the outdoor parking deck and the indoor parking garage. They will be available for use during standard NVAR business hours (Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM - 5 PM). The stations are designed to generate 20-25 kWh in one hour of charging.
