Update Your SentriLock App to Version 5.25.0

SentriLock has notified users that they are requiring all outdated versions of their mobile app be updated to the latest version. If not already updated, the SentriKey Real Estate™ App will force all users to update to the current version on Monday, March 13, 2023. Agents should update their apps before this date, or the app will force an update before it can be used. Most agents will likely be using the latest version of the app, but if not, they can go into their settings and update their apps now.

How to Update the App For Android Users:

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap Settings > Network Preferences > Auto-update apps.
4. Select an option: Over any network to update apps using either Wi-Fi or mobile data. Over Wi-Fi only to update apps only when connected to Wi-Fi.

How to Update the App For iPhone Users:

1. Tap your profile.
2. Perform a swipe-down gesture to initiate a scan for the latest app updates.
3. Tap the update button next to an app to update it. Or tap Update All to apply all available app updates.
