Display of Lockbox Location
Feature Releases 11/08/22
It can be difficult for a showing agent to find the lockbox at multi-family dwelling or condo. Listing agents can upload a photo and description of the lockbox location in 
the SentriKey® Real Estate app or website*. Photos can be taken with your phone or uploaded from your photo library. Navigate to the "My Listings" tab to use this feature. Showing agents can view the lockbox location image in the property description.

Affiliate Scheduling
Feature Releases 11/02/22
Affiliates can also schedule their own appointments with SentriKey Showing Service® but their view will be limited to the "My Schedule" tab.
Listing agents can now schedule appointments for Affiliates in SentriKey Showing Service®. Appointments can be scheduled up to four hours and can overlap.
Affiliate categories will be limited to:
- Photographer/Contractor
- Appraiser
- Inspector
*Not available for customers who only have a SentriKey Showing Service service.
**Not available for customers who only have SentriLock Lockbox service.
