The only requirement for using Northern Virginia Association of Realtors® (NVAR) forms is to have an Active VA Real Estate License and be a member of the National Association of Realtors®(NAR).

This is a smart e-signature program that can be shared with clients and other agents for quick and easy use. Docs+ has a component that audits all edit history so you can easily track offers and counter offers, addendums and more! We believe in choice, so NVAR licenses its forms to all other major form providers such as: DocuSign, DotLoop, SkySlope, ZipForms, etc. which agents are welcome to purchase and use.
How to Get DC Forms
The Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors® (GCAAR) made a decision January 1, 2021 to require membership to gain access to their standard forms and contracts. The best way to acquire the forms is to become a member (either primary or secondary) and work with the GCAAR membership team.
