ShowingTime is a useful tool through Bright MLS to help Realtors® manage online showing appointments, feedback and time/date blocking. ShowingTime is fully integrated to Homesnap Pro and Bright Search. ShowingTime works as your personal showing assistant to help manage your listings.

Starting August 25, 2021 ShowingTime will be releasing a new Waitlist feature. This feature allows users to  receive an alert as soon as an appointment window opens up. All users on the waitlist for a particular listing will be notified at the same time so appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Through ShowingTime you have access to:

• Schedule showings online
• Block out specific dates and times
• Designate virtual showings
• Schedule multiple showings with ShowingCart
• Send automatic feedback reminders

By blocking out dates and times you are able to customize availability based on your seller’s availability or allow for automatic approval for vacant properties. When scheduling multiple showings you can plan a “showing tour” that takes in the best driving route. Through ShowingTime you can set up automatic feedback reminders sent to agents after showings.
