Other People's Property – 1 Hour
A review of the law regarding situations in which the owner of property may not be legally capable of conveying the title and someone else may be appointed to act on behalf of the owner. Persons under legal disabilities (including minors and incapacitated persons) may need a court-appointed fiduciary to handle their property. Many people appoint agents to act for them under powers of attorney. Know the basics to make sure proper parties are signing. Beyond basic situations.
