MD CE: 1.5 hours (elective) 

We know that the best way to work with your client is to understand how much house they can afford. This class will dig into what goes into getting your client pre-approved for a mortgage and how the process works.

Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee.  Course transfers are not accepted.  “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.

The class will be held via Zoom.  You will be emailed the course link by Maryland Land & Title Association a day prior to the course.  All registrants must have a functioning webcam to earn credit and consent to being recorded.  You must be on time.
