MD CE: 1.5 hours (elective)

Real estate licensees are generally not inspectors or builders. Attendees will gain first-hand information about some of the important things that they should be aware of when working with your client, whether they are the buyer or the seller.

Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee. Course transfers are not accepted. “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.

The class will be held via Zoom.  The Maryland Land & Title Association will email you the course link the morning of the course.  All registrants must have a functioning webcam to earn credit and consent to being recorded.
