Till Death Do Us Part?  (1 Hour CE : Real Estate Related)   In this course we will discuss what happens to real estate in a divorce, and what agents need to know when taking on a divorce listing. First we will discuss several examples of transactions that became complicated due to a divorce. Next we will go over how judgments attach to a property after a divorce is finalized. After that we will talk about how proceeds are to be distributed in a divorce case. Finally we will go over some commonly asked questions about divorce transactions.

To Survey, or Not To Survey? (1 Hour: (CE) Real Estate Related)  In this course we will discuss the reasons why a buyer would want to have a survey prepared in a residential real estate transaction, a general overview of what a surveyor does, how to read a survey, different types of surveys, common problems shown by surveys, and different solutions to address those problems when they arise
