Avoiding Fraud for Real Estate Agents (1-hour)  An analysis of fraudulant practices in real estate transactions, and what agents can do to avoid them.  

Residential Title Insurance Coverage (1-hour) A review of the different types of title insurance available in residential sales transactions, with an emphasis on the different coverages provided by standard and enhanced owner's title insurance policies.
