Identifying Structural Deficiencies (1 hour):  This course covers tips on identifying structural deficiencies. You will learn the implications of various structural problems and possible solutions. In this course, you will learn:

• a few techniques to determine structural deficiencies

• the implications of these deficiencies for your clients

Septic Systems & Wells (1 hour): Homes located in remote areas away from city water supply and sewage systems have to supply and treat their own water and sewage respectively. The sewage and supply systems are, for the most part, invisible to the homeowner. Realtors in rural areas, or areas of a city not yet serviced by city water sewage and supply systems, should have a good understanding of these systems in order to help homebuyers understand the systems better themselves.
