MD CE: 1.5 hours

The purpose of this class is to discuss the most common issues that create can delay or even kills a deal.  These often include issues related to short sales, clear title, unreleased trusts, liens, judgments, and purchase agreement validity.

CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES UPON REGISTERING FOR THIS COURSE.  Cancellation fee is $5.00. No exceptions.

TO RECEIVE CREDIT, YOU MUST AGREE TO BE RECORDED AND YOU MUST HAVE A FUNCTIONING WEBCAM AND HAVE IT ON THROUGH THE DURATION OF THE CLASS. YOU MUST BE ON TIME FOR THE CLASS OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT.
