MD CE: Elective

This course will include a review of the different provisions in the Maryland REALTORS® Sales Contract and GCAAR Contract and understand the differences between the two contracts and when to use which one and the different addenda. Explain the similarities and differences between the two contracts used in all Maryland real estate transactions.

Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee. Course transfers are not accepted. “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.

TO RECEIVE CREDIT, YOU MUST AGREE TO BE RECORDED AND YOU MUST HAVE A FUNCTIONING WEBCAM AND HAVE IT ON THROUGH THE DURATION OF THE CLASS. YOU MUST BE ON TIME FOR THE CLASS OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT.
