Mohammad Ali Syed (Mo) is a Principal Attorney with Offit Kurman in the Washington, DC metro area, where he is head of the firm’s Immigration Practice. He has broad experience in business, employment and investment-based visas and immigration. He has helped companies from across the world establish or grow U.S. operations. He has helped U.S. based businesses employ foreign nationals in a variety of positions. He advises businesses on compliance matters. He also litigates immigration related matters in federal court. He is former co-chair for the Immigration and Nationality Committee of the ABA International Law Section. He is a frequent speaker and author on immigration law topics. He has a JD from the George Washington University Law School and a BA from University of Rochester, NY.
