This course provides attendees with an overview of the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia as pertaining to wills and estates, specifically the transfer of interest in real property.  This course discusses what happens upon the death of an owner of real property and the implications of a trust, will or lack thereof on ownership.  Finally, this course provides some practical measures that agents can take when dealing with transactions involving deceased persons.
