A good home inspection will provide the home buyer a thorough education of the property that are considering to invest in.  Not only does a good home inspection protect the home buyer from buying a property with defects they were not aware of, it should also teach the home buyer about proper maintenance and upkeep of the new property.   

This course educates the Real Estate professional in what a good home inspection should include and what a home inspection cannot include.  It also details the requirements of Home Inspectors under the Virginia State licensing regulations.  By increasing their understanding of what realtors should expect from the home inspection they can set proper expectations for their clients.
