It is important to understand ownership of real property when a title owner dies.  There are legal processes in place that provide guidance to help determine who the next owner is, Title can pass three ways, survivorship via deed tenancy, testate Succession and Intestate Succession.  This class will help you understand estate terminology, how to navigate the estate process and arm yourself with questions you should ask the seller or seller representative so that you can not only list the house but get it to closing.
