Meet The Presenters
Juhi Naithani
Juhi Naithani is Assistant Director of International Business Investment at the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority (FCEDA), located in Northern Virginia, USA. She provides soft business landing support and consulting services to companies looking to expand into Fairfax County – an innovation hub and economic engine of the Washington DC metro area. She also oversees the India office of FCEDA, and makes regular outreach visits to solicit business investment from India.
A strong proponent of entrepreneurship, Juhi is a member of the Board of Directors of the TiE (The Indus Entrepreneur) DC chapter.
Juhi’s areas of expertise are global business expansion and intercultural training. Prior to joining the FCEDA, she operated her own international business consulting practice. She began her career in the early 90’s in the Indian paper industry, providing marketing and sales support services to Indian paper mills on behalf of Scandinavian principals. In the US, she has served as visiting faculty of marketing and international business at numerous universities over the last 18 years, fostering higher education at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Juhi has an undergraduate degree from Delhi University, India and an MBA from Quinnipiac University, Connecticut, USA.

Anantha Paruthipattu
Anantha Paruthipattu is the Founder and Principal Attorney of Paruthipattu Law Firm. He guides U.S. employers, businesses, and individuals with finding immigration solutions that best serve them.
His practice involves business and employment-based immigration law. He advises U.S. employers and businesses with temporary work visas such as H-1B, L-1, E-1/E-2 and TN visas, and with permanent or immigrant visas ("green cards").
With green cards, he helps clients navigate through business investment, extraordinary ability, priority workers, or the traditional foreign labor certification programs. He also guides clients with immigration and DOL compliance.
U.S. immigration law is complex. So, he serves as a trusted and a valuable partner for his clients – small, medium, and large companies across a wide range of industries including Information Technology, Healthcare, Finance, Engineering and Manufacturing.

Anantha represents clients before all federal agencies involved in immigration and visa matters. Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia and in the State of Tamil Nadu, India, Anantha has earned advanced law degrees from the University of Georgia School of Law, Athens, as well as from the University of Madras in India.
Anantha is fluent in Tamil and Telugu – two languages of South India, and he’s super easy to talk to, so come say hi!

Harish Rangacharya
Mr. Harish Rangacharya is a serial entrepreneur who has taken up Entrepreneurship as a profession immediately after passing out from IIT, Madras one of the leading universities in India. He is the founder of Cadsys (India) Limited an Engineering company that is listed in National Stock Exchange in India. In 2016, he moved to US by acquiring Apex Advanced Technology, an engineering company in Virginia with just 3 employees which has now grown to 90 employees. Over the last 5 years he has set up operations in 7 states including VA, TN, TX, GA, CA, ID and MD. He has been one of the lead architects in accelerating the roll out of the broadband networks within US.
He is recipient of “Entrepreneur of the year” award presented by Entrepreneurship Development Institute, Government of India, recognizing and appreciating his exceptional entrepreneurial capabilities. He is also in recipient of number of other awards including Best SME award instituted by Dun and Bradstreet.
Harish is married and has one daughter. Both his wife and daughter are doctors with specialization in Neurology.
