Join the Realtor® Builder Forum on April 20th at 11AM, for a pre-drywall tour of a custom home in our area. Learn the in's and out's of new home builds and what to look for at an early stage of construction.
Hear from local Arlington home builder representatives from Classic Cottages, as they explain the various stages in the new construction process, and how you as a Realtor®, fit in during the construction timeline.
You will learn:

• How the builder’s experienced team greatly minimizes agent’s time in pre-sale transactions
• What happens in the early stages of construction
• How to stay informed of new builds in the area
• How to navigate zoning, permits, construction loans, etc.

What to wear: Casual attire. Shoes or boots, (heels discouraged). Appropriate clothing to be outside for a period of time. Hard hat will be provided.
