MD CE: Elective

Understand some of the most common mistakes that agents make which delay settlement. The class will cover such mistakes as financing, home inspections, HOA/Condo issues, title issues and other miscellaneous mistakes that can trip up a settlement.

Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee. Course transfers are not accepted. “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.

TO RECEIVE CREDIT, YOU MUST AGREE TO BE RECORDED AND YOU MUST HAVE A FUNCTIONING WEBCAM AND HAVE IT ON THROUGH THE DURATION OF THE CLASS. YOU MUST BE ON TIME FOR THE CLASS OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT.
