MD CE: Elective

An unclear title is any title to property which is clouded by liens, judgments, or  proceedings, and which a reasonably prudent person, with full knowledge, would not accept. Learn how to navigate the different challenges that can lead to unclear title, the value of title insurance and other questions surrounding unclear title issues.

Cancellation requests are subject to a $5 processing fee. Course transfers are not accepted. “No Shows” will forfeit their registration fee.

TO RECEIVE CREDIT, YOU MUST AGREE TO BE RECORDED AND YOU MUST HAVE A FUNCTIONING WEBCAM AND HAVE IT ON THROUGH THE DURATION OF THE CLASS. YOU MUST BE ON TIME FOR THE CLASS OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT.
