This course will cover four elective hours of Continuing Education addressing basement moisture problems, foundation cracks and failures, and crawl space issues.  Step-by-step methods are presented for dealing with drainage problems, considerations when finishing a basement, and repair options for foundations.  

CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES UPON REGISTERING FOR THIS COURSE.  Cancellation fee is $10.00. No exceptions.
