This course will provide an in-depth understanding of contract formation and how associated problems can be identified and solved. Also covered are the key provisions in the NVAR regional sales agreement, possible damages that arise, and liability issues from various agency guidelines – including an important discussion of the usual claims of misrepresentation that an agent may encounter.
