What to Expect In-Person:
NVAR is following safety protocols and social distancing guidelines as recommended by the CDC, including the recommendation that people wear cloth face coverings in public settings when around people outside of their household. Chairs in NVAR’s classrooms are distanced six feet apart, and classrooms will have a limited occupancy.
If you attend in-person, the instructor may be instructing virtually. The virtual and in-person class are offered at the same time with the same instructor.

Post-Licensing (PL): 2 hours
This course will cover fair housing rules and regulations on the federal and state level. You will see real-world applications and use case studies to identify possible violations.
CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES UPON REGISTERING FOR THIS COURSE. Cancellation fee is $10.00. No exceptions.
