What to Expect In-Person:

NVAR is following safety protocols and social distancing guidelines as recommended by the CDC, including the recommendation that people wear cloth face coverings in public settings when around people outside of their household. Chairs in NVAR’s classrooms are distanced six feet apart, and classrooms will have a limited occupancy.

If you attend in-person, the instructor may be instructing virtually. The virtual and in-person class are offered at the same time with the same instructor.

Post-Licensing (PL): 2 hours

Real estate is an evolving market with changing guidelines. This course will keep you up-to-date and will discuss topics such as social media, online advertising, “coming soon” properties, state and local sign laws and more!
