Guest Attendance Policy: Virtual Meetings

Meetings of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors® (NVAR) Board of Directors are open to NVAR members in good standing who wish to listen and observe proceedings. Due to circumstances surrounding COVID-19, this meeting will take place virtually. Members who wish to observe the meeting virtually should contact dcosta@nvar.com by COB Monday, May 20 to receive their webinar registration link. 

The Board may go into executive closed-door session, at which point all visitors are excused from the meeting.

Guests acknowledge that all discussions and documents are to be treated confidentially and that the official spokesperson for the Board is the President or the President’s designee. Audio recording, video recording, and live posting on social media by any attendee or observer during meetings are strictly prohibited.

Guests who do not comply with the rules of order may be removed from the meeting and/or prohibited from attending future meetings.
