Join us for the third addition to our first-annual Spring Summit Series. Erin Stackley and Nia Duggins from the National Association of Realtors® will be LIVE to discuss the CARES Act and how it affects Realtors®.

Erin Stackley – National Association of REALTORS®, Advocacy Group

Erin Stackley is the Senior Policy Representative for Commercial Issues at the National Association of REALTORS®.  She has been with NAR since 2012.  She handles issues relating to commercial real estate, including commercial real estate financing, Small Business Administration Programs, the Terrorism Risk Insurance Program (TRIP), and unmanned aerial systems (UAS) regulations.  Erin received her B.A. in Political Science from James Madison University, and her J.D. from George Mason University School of Law.  She is a member of the Virginia State Bar.  Prior to joining NAR, she held positions in the House of Representatives and the Department of Defense, and for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB).

Nia Duggins – National Association of REALTORS®, Policy Representative for Business Issues

Nia Duggins is the Business Issues Policy Representative at the National Association of REALTORS® where she works on the Advocacy Team. In this role, Nia advocates on behalf of NAR’s 1.4 million members, by monitoring and tracking federal legislative and regulatory matters impacting REALTORS® business operations, including but not limited to: anti-money laundering and terrorism financing matters; Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) matters; wire, title, and other related types of fraud; and worker classification matters impacting independent contractors. Prior to joining NAR, Nia worked as a Compliance Officer for a D.C. based non-profit organization for foster youth and her experience also includes working in the U.S. Senate. Nia is a graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and Bennett College.
