The gardens are located off Beulah Road, between Route 7 and Route 123, south fo the Dulles Access Road. To reach the Meadowlark Botanical Gardens from the Beltway, take Route 7 west towards Tysons Corner. Drive 4.5 miles then turn left onto Beulah Road and drive 2.5 miles to the gardens entrance on the right.
House of Representatives Exempts Existing Homes from Climate Bill Requirements
Thanks to NAR’s lobbying efforts, provisions that would have required each existing home and building to receive an energy rating prior to sale or transfer has been removed from the House version of H.R. 2998, the American Clean Energy and Security Act.
